Here at the Presentation LANTERN CENTER, we're thrilled to be
introducing Mark Prosser as our featured speaker for the 2020 LIGHTING
THE LANTERN CELEBRATION!Mark is retired as police chief of Storm Lake,
Iowa. He now serves as deacon and director of pastoral planning for
the Archdiocese of Sioux City. An impassioned advocate for how
immigrants enhance our communities, Mark recently joined the Board of
Directors of the National Immigration Forum in Washington, D.C., after
being named a "Keeper of the American Dream" by the organization. Mark
has also been named 2016 Law Enforcement Executive of the Year by the
Iowa Police Chiefs Association and is a 2017 recipient of the Martin
Luther King Jr. Achievement Award from the State of Iowa.

can learn about our work tutoring and serving our immigrant neighbors.
