Mommy and Me- Build & Bloom - Fort Dodge, IA 2025

Description Let's kick off Mother's Day a little bit early! Mom, brother, sister, grandma, whoever it may be, it's going to be special! Join us for Mom and Me- Build and Bloom! Create a Lego Masterpiece or a beautiful framed flower arrangement. Sunday, May 4 from 1:30-3:30pm at Citizen's Central- 617 Central Avenue Build a framed flower arrangement with from our bloom bar or create something fun from our lego bar! Don't forget to snap a few photos in our photo booth, enjoy a few apps, and even get matching Permalinx bracelets on-site! (additional fees apply). A light appetizer and juice bar will be available during the event. This event is geared for mothers, grandmothers, aunts and their daughter, son, niece, nephew, whoever it may be who is special, ranging from age 3-13. Though these ages are set, if you have an older daughter you would like to come with that is fine, too! This event is limited to 40 mothers and their child (80 total people), so please register early to ensure you get a spot! Spots will not be held until paid for. When registering, please do so under the name of the daughter attending. You will also be asked if you will be doing our Lego or bloom bar in your registration. Included with your $40 registration for one mother and one daughter are bloom bar supplies OR lego bar supplies, light breakfast, crafts, and a selfie station. If you’d like to register an additional child, it is only $10. To do this, you can call or stop by the Parks & Rec offices! Refund Policy: No cash or check refunds will be issued. Refunds for purchases made with a credit/debit card will be credited back to the same card. All services or merchandise sold by the Fort Dodge Parks & Recreation Department are sold "as is" without any guarantees. By purchasing, yo confirm that you have read and understood the no cash refund policy. If the Fort Dodge Parks and Recreation Department cancels programs or rentals, a full refund will be issued to your Parks and Recreation account or the original credit/debit card. (per the guidelines below) minus $5 administrative fee. Account credits expire two years from the original purchase date. Refund/Credit Guidelines for programming and rentals: - After the program starts- no credit unless medical documentation is provided -7 business days or less before the start of registration deadline: No credit unless medical documentation is provided - 8 or more business days before the start or registration deadline: Full credit, minus $5 administrative fee. - Removal from class/activity by staff recommendation: Full credit to the account or credit/debit card Location Citizen's Central
