60-minute class designed for those who have been diagnosed with
Parkinson's Disease or other neurological disease. Participants must
be able to stand independently from a chair and walk independently or
assisted by a walker or cane. Exercises consist of range of motion,
strength, flexibility, postural stability, cognitive, balance, and
gait. Care Partners are welcome to participate.
