Our proven curriculum base style of teaching will walk through the basics of Jiu Jitsu in a matter of months. You'll also learn how to throw, control, and submit your opponent giving you the confidence and the fight game you need to protect the ones you love. Participants will be asked by the Instructor to purchase a long-sleeved uniform for health safety in this close contact sport.
