THAT PROVIDE FOOD, HEALTHCARE, AND FINANCIAL SUPPORTS THROUGHOUT OUR
COMMUNITY AND HOW TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS ENROLL IN AND MAINTAIN THEIR
SUPPORTS. The training will include helpful information on the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and other crucial
SUPPORTS FOR YOUR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. We will explore PEAK (the
web-based Program Eligibility and Application Kit) to discover how you
can help your participants apply for services and manage their
supports. We'll also take a close look at Boulder County Connect
[http://www.bouldercountyconnect.org], our new client engagement
portal, which can help you and your program participants find out
about, navigate, and see the status of a range of supports, submit and
receive needed documents, and much more.
