This Yin/Deep Stretch class will give you the ‘me’ time you need.
This is the perfect opportunity to restore, rebuild, relax and heal.
Postures are held from 3-5 minutes supported, either seated or supine.
This class will assist with the connective tissue, the muscle, fascia,
tendons and joints. This is a class where you can come and just hang
out in shavasana for the entire hour if you choose.
