This class is for anyone interested in the benefits of yoga without
needing to be on the floor. Chair yoga is especially helpful for those
with arthritis or other joint challenges or for those who must sit at
a desk all day. Learn stretches and other gentle movements while
seated in a chair to help reduce tension and stress. Note: This class
is offered at multiple times. Please select one (i.e. Class A, Class
B, etc.) Minimum students required: 1
