This course focuses on nutrition, recipes, disease prevention, brain
and gut HEALTH, better sleep, stress management, and exercise. This
course is an Integrative Nutrition & Health Course focusing on
nutrition, recipes, disease prevention, optimal brain and gut health,
better sleep, stress management, hormone health and movement/exercise.
As a class, together we will navigate the world of contradictory
nutrition and health advice and aim the focus of the lecture on
bio-individuality. Participants will gain a better understanding of
how their food choices, hormones and health habits have an impact on
their health. You will walk away with a better understanding of how to
work with their doctors to create a blueprint for optimal health.
About Your Instructor :
Carol Stegman, Bachelors of Science in Education, is a graduate of the
Institute for Intregrative Nutrition. She is the previous
owner/publisher of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Edition of the
Natural Awakenings magazine and is currently a Licensed Massage
