Founders Beer Dinner

Come join HOPCAT and FOUNDERS BREWING CO. for our Bed & Breakfast themed beer DINNER! We will be offering a course from each part of the day including that midnight snack! However, we won't be offering any board so you'll have to find your own place to sleep, but at least you will be full! All Day IPA – Welcome Beer 1st Course: Nitro Rubeaus paired w/ Monte Cristo (Turkey and Gouda sandwich made with French toast. Filled with Raspberry preserves and topped with whipped cream, raspberries and powdered sugar.) 2nd Course: Azzaca IPA paired w/ Mixed Green Salad, with dates, pine nuts, red onion, bacon, and blue cheese. Served with Spicy Azzaca IPA dressing. 3rd Course:  Baltic Porter paired w/ Smoked Beef Tenderloin with roasted asparagus and rice pilaf.(Hickory Smoked Beef Tenderloin that has been coffee crusted and served with roasted garlic asparagus on a bed of rice pilaf.) 4th Course: Frutwood (Maple Syrup BBA Cherry Ale) paired w/ White Chocolate Fudge with peanuts, dried cherries, maple syrup, and Frootwood extract.
