Limited Seating!  This SHELTOWEE BUSINESS NETWORK MONTHLY EVENT IS DESIGNED FOR ALL MEMBERS AT THE ENTREPRENEUR LEVEL IN OUR NETWORK.  Topics include: *Types for Funding, *Equity Investors, *Deal Structures, *Valuations, *Business Plan, *Cap Table, *Due Diligence, and much more.    We encourage live participation at the Louisville, KY location, the iHub Co-working space.  There will be a Microsoft TEAM dialin that will be set up for this meeting, if illness requires remote access.  We encourage you to be a paid Entrepreneur Level SBN member to receive this training, however it is free for prospective members.  Entrepreneurs, Node Leaders, Mentors, and Experts are welcome to attend. Lunch will not be included.  (There will be an opportunity for further networking and lunch on your own at Jimmy John's next door, immediately following this event.)
