• This camp is designed to help improve strength, speed, agility,
and mobility for athletes of all athletic backgrounds by focusing on:
o Proper running mechanics o Change of direction mechanics o
Plyometric drills o Strength training o Injury prevention protocols
• This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and
Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky: o John
