LEXINGTON Diner1st Course - Kale & Leek Salad - Chopped kale with
leeks, shredded carrots, cashew pieces, diced tomatoes with
bacon-citrus dressing
2nd Course - Country Ham & Asparagus Toast Points - Chopped country
ham, sauteed asparagus whipped with creamy muenster cheese and
drizzled with a bourbon sorghum reduction
3rd Course - Brandy Beef Stroganoff - Beef tips braised in brandy
mushroom sauce served over egg noodles & finished with shopped parsley
& Parmasan cheese
4th Course - Apple Turnover - Puff pastry filled with diced apples &
finished with powdered sugar, a bourbon caramel sauce & shaved
