Torah Yoga

Join us at Keneseth Israel for a class combining the Jewish and yogic traditions. We look at ways in which these two wonderful traditions support each other and share many commonalities. In addition to discussion, the workshops always offer an experiential component, such as yoga , meditation & breathing practices. Teachers: Cantor Hordes & Lisa Flannery. Meeting dates: 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month at KI. Co-sponsored by Hadassah of Louisville and Temple Shalom. All in the community are welcome to attend; free and open to the public.
