We realize that expecting moms might feel a bit apprehensive about taking care of your newborn. This class will give you and your family a better understanding of your baby's needs. You will learn basic infant care including bathing, recognizing signs of illness, how to take a baby's temperature and much more.
This class also offers the area's only Happiest Baby on the Block presentation that teaches parents how to calm even the fussiests of babies. We will also teach about The Missing Fourth Trimester, Five S's and The Calming Reflex. You will also have hands-on training on how to properly swaddle an infant.
All classes are held in the West Wing 3rd Floor Conference Center. The West Wing is located on the Emergency Room side of the campus (closest to Posado's). Visitor parking is available on the back side of the campus, behind the West Wing/Cancer Treatment Center. The West Wing entrance is located under the large drive through.
