Self-COMPASSION FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERSParenting can be stressful
and overwhelming. Learn strategies for self-care so that you can
cultivate more kindness and COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY,
and meet the daily challenges that come with parenting.
In a supportive environment, you will participate in exercises
designed to increase your capacity for mindfulness and
self-compassion. Incorporating science, philosophy and practical
applications through discussion, partner exercises and instruction,
the workshop will focus on:
* Mindfulness – moment to moment awareness of your experience
* Self-Compassion – self-care rooted in love and kindness
* Compassionate Communication – ability to share and listen with
less judgment, frustration or fear
