Through the intense competition Christian was among the top 5 remaining contenders Out of thousands His culinary skills and knack for well-seasoned and beautifully cooked meat entrees helped him succeed on the show. He owns and manages Food Fashion Taste Catering (FFT), a New Orleans, La company that combines his passion for food with his love for fashion trends and contemporary styles.  He changes his Pop Up menu every  experience  he also include some of the dishes that promoted him to the Top 5 status on Hit Show Masterchef On Fox.
