Women of Wellness Yoga Class

The Glenwood WOMEN OF WELLNESS (WOW) Yoga CLASS IS a Yoga fitness CLASS and is held on Wednesday's at 5:30pm.  The CLASS IS 1 HOUR IN LENGTH. Total cost for the 6 visit Punch Card is $30.  CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED AND EACH PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING A YOGA MAT, yoga strap and bottle of water. _USE THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE PUNCH CARD TO ATTEND 6 CLASSES OF YOUR CHOICE._The classes are held in the Glenwood Medical Mall, Suite #611.
