Opti Adventurers Session 4 - Blue Hill, ME 2026

Opti Adventurers is ideal for confident independent sailors who are more interested in exploring than in racing. This class meets in the afternoon, meaning sailors will have the opportunity to learn boat handling in moderate to heavy wind. The class will focus on destination-sailing, basic navigation, boat maintenance and safety. This class introduces some racing rules and tactics, with the option to participate in weekly race days. Prerequisites: Sailors move from Opti B to Opti Adventurers at the recommendation of instructors. Sailors must be able to rig, tack, jibe, and go on all points of sail independently. Monday through Friday: 1230 - 1530 Fee: $465 per 2-week session
