This class will introduce low carb tasty recipes for those who are
carb conscious, or diabetically challenged. We will cook three tasty
recipes and sample the dishes so bring a small Tupperware dish in case
there are leftovers. Each participant will get an electronic copy of
the cookbook that goes along with the class. A materials fee of $10 is
paid directly to the INSTRUCTOR THE NIGHT OF CLASS. Granite Bay Care
is offering this course……..with JEFFREY CARPENTER, the Workforce
Development and Training coordinator as the INSTRUCTOR. About JEFFREY
CARPENTER: JEFFREY HAS VARIOUS CULINARY EXPERIENCES. He minored in
Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal
Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the
Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for
several years. He loves COOKING, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing
