Friendly Carb Cooking (Instructor: Jeffrey Carpenter) - Buxton, ME 2026

This class will introduce low carb tasty recipes for those who are carb conscious, or diabetically challenged. We will cook three tasty recipes and sample the dishes so bring a small Tupperware dish in case there are leftovers. Each participant will get an electronic copy of the cookbook that goes along with the class. A materials fee of $10 is paid directly to the INSTRUCTOR THE NIGHT OF CLASS. About JEFFREY CARPENTER: JEFFREY HAS VARIOUS CULINARY EXPERIENCES. He minored in Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years.
