About Elly: Eleanor “Elly” Dominguez, Esq. joined Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice, P.A. in 2014, focusing on elder law, estate planning and estate administration. In this field of law, Elly gets to know the people she is working with and learns from their life experiences. Her compassion for seniors is evident in meetings - listening to client’s stories and helping them when they may be feeling their worst. Elly has been an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since 2018. “For me, it’s so nice to be able to work with seniors because I have such a love and affection for those who served and protected us, like my dad did for 20 years and like my brother still does”. In her spare time, Elly enjoys bowling in a league, gardening, taking day hikes, and treasure hunting with her metal detector. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and catering to their two cats and two dogs.
