* Beginner Silver Soldering - Make a Unique Bezel Pendant - Damariscotta, ME 2026

Have you ever wanted to design and fabricate your own jewelry? During this 3 hour workshop we will learn how to design and create your own bezel set Sterling silver pendant. Feel free to BYO cabochon, if you have something that you have wanted to set. Keep in mind that round objects with a flat back are easier to set than objects with corners and objects that have a rounded back. If you don't have a cabochon, then don't sweat it - there will be a variety of sizes of black onyx cabochons to choose from. You will learn how to saw, texture, stamp, and solder multiple pieces of metal together. This kind of project requires developed skills that get better with practice. For a better looking outcome with fewer frustrations, taking the Stacking Rings and Chain-style earrings classes first is recommended, but not necessary.
