Instructor: Adrienne Clark MORNING SESSION THIS CLASS COVERS THE BASIC
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT WHEN STARTING ANY FITNESS OR WELLNESS ROUTINE.
You will learn through a mix of classroom instruction and hands on
movement, giving you a chance to ask questions and try things out in a
supportive setting. Please wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes or
other shoes that are easy to move in. Bring a water bottle for
hydration. All exercise equipment will be provided by the instructor.
Adrienne Clark is a ten year Army veteran and has worked as a FITNESS
PROFESSIONAL FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. She is certified through the
American Council on Exercise and holds a master’s degree in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling, along with a trauma certification from
Regent University. Adrienne lives on a farm in DOVER FOXCROFT WITH HER
HUSBAND AND THEIR THREE AMAZING CHILDREN. Choose from a MORNING OR
EVENING SESSION! At the end of the registration, a pop up will appear
