Explorer Basket Weaving Spring 2026 - Dover-Foxcroft, ME 2026

Instructor: Jessica Steele M.Ed. In this course, we will weave a 10-12” tall basket with premium reed. We will go over the history of pack baskets and what materials have been used. The instructor will go through the process of making the basket step-by-step ensuring all will walk away with a finished basket. The baskets will have a base and feet along with pack straps. We will bring a variety of color straps and even color reeds to add a little color to your basket. All materials are included. To hold your spot, registration and payment are required. Space is limited, so sign up early! We want everyone to have a great experience! To help the instructor prepare and ensure your spot, please cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Last-minute cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel within 7 days, Jessica is happy to: Schedule you for a future class, or Provide a take-home kit with instructions so you can still enjoy the project.
