Mindful of Money - Community WideNo one will be turned away for lack
of funds. Please email Phoenix@lifteconomy.com for scholarships or to
be put on the waiting list.
In this four session course, we will explore our relationship with
money in community. Some of us believe that spirituality and money
don’t belong together. In my journey, bringing my spirituality and
mindfulness practice to my financial life has been incredibly fruitful
and effective. I used to think decreasing my anxiety, shame and fear
was simply about making more money. I found that working through my
emotional blocks led to more peace and wisdom. I even learned to enjoy
creating budgets and tracking money without winning the lotto or any
significant change in income.
This is a financial course for people who are struggling with money or
are in a comfortable place, but want to have more mindfulness around
money. This is not a get rich quick course - I am not promising you 30
days to becoming a millionaire. We'll use inner work, mindfulness
practice and spiritual concepts to navigate and heal our relationship
with money. We will also learn practical money management tools and
use our awareness, self-compassion, and intentionality to help us
implement those practices in our lives. Phoenix Soleil is not a
financial planner.
Weekly topics include: financial biography, tracking spending and
income, creating a purposeful plan, dealing with debt and there will
be homework.
Wednesdays, May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th 7-9pm
