Come a little early if you want some meditation suggestions.
Otherwise, I ll guide the first 5 minutes and then we ll sit quietly
for up to 45 minutes. Stay as long as you wish. Practice whatever
style of mindfulness you like. Bring a chair or something to sit on so
your body can be relatively quiet and support your mind to be
relatively quiet. Stay home if you re not well & sit at least 6 feet
from others. I m super excited to be quiet with everyone. The benefits
of an intentional mindfulness group cannot be overstated! Bring an
intention for yourself and others to go beyond our ordinary chattering
minds, and experience a boundless spaciousness.
