beginner-friendly class uses bodyweight, resistance bands, and light
dumbbells to develop muscle tone, stability, and control. In SCULPTING
FOUNDATIONS, you’ll move through low-impact exercises that target
major muscle groups while improving posture and balance. Perfect for
beginners or anyone looking to strengthen with intention and refine
their form. This class will help you SCULPT, strengthen, and build
lean muscle. Katie is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a health
coach. She has been working in the health and fitness industry for
over 12 years. As a fitness trainer, she specializes in resistance
training, strength training, and HIIT, with a focus on correcting
muscle imbalances and establishing a mind-to-muscle connection. She
takes a balanced and holistic approach to exercise and nutrition, and
