Firearms Hunter Safety - Session Two - Skowhegan, ME 2026

This course, taught by a trained, certified volunteer instructor according to statewide standard, combines 7.5 hours of classroom instruction with some required independent study at home between the first and second class. Students must demonstrate to the instructor that they can safely handle a firearm, participate in activities, bring in a survival kit with appropriate contents, and pass a 50-question test with a grade of 70% or higher. Class will meet on 3/4, 3/17, and 3/19. Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
