Basic Life Support - Option 1 - Skowhegan, ME 2026

In this one-night training, learn the essentials of recognizing respiratory and cardiac arrest and effectively beginning emergency treatment. Participants will learn CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Students will need to pick up and review the BLS Provider Manual prior to class so that they are prepared for an open-book test at the end of the training. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an AHA CPR certification and card.
