Reiki Level 1 Training - Naples, ME 2026

Reiki Level 1, also known as Shoden, is the introductory level of Reiki training. It's designed to connect practitioners with the universal life force energy and teaches basic techniques for self-healing. This level, completed over three evenings, focuses on opening energy channels, learning hand positions for self-treatments and treatments of others (including pets), and understanding the history and principles of Reiki. Handouts and a manual will be provided in class. Bring writing utensils and a highlighter. MATERIALS FEE: A materials fee of $30 is due to the instructor at the start of class.
