Description Gear up and get ready to ride! Prepare yourself for a fun,
ultimate calorie and fat burning class, while reaching optimal fitness
levels. Motivational coaching led by an experienced instructor will
teach you cycling hills, sprints, flats all set to inspirational
music. For those of you who would like to join in on the fun and get
geared up and in shape now is the time. All levels welcome. Please
bring a towel & water! First time participants should arrive 10
