On the first night, participants will receive an introduction to the many varieties of seaweed and their unique flavor and nutrition profiles. We'll take a tour of the Maine Coast Sea Vegetables facility, and then get started on a small cooking project. On the second evening, we'll make a Greek-themed multi-course dinner that will include kelp-wrapped dolmas and tzatziki, plus a dessert. Opa! Bring your take-home containers and a healthy appetite!
