You’ll be welcomed into my private warm oasis, the Sunroom, where
you will have a moment to settle into your space before our session.
Bask in the sunshine and find a moment of quiet before we begin our 90
minute journey. We will focus on strengthening, toning, increasing
mobility and balance, as well as guided meditation. Hands on
adjustments (optional), aromatherapy, and a chilled facecloth will be
offered.
After class, feel free to shower off, take a dip in the pool, soak in
the hot-tub, and enjoy a cup of tea.
