On February 27th, Valo and Maine Coast Waldorf School are co-hosting the second of a four-part presentation series on adolescence with educational therapist Cristina Post, EdM, of Affect Academics. In this talk, we’ll learn about the connection between sleep and learning. These presentations reframe the teen years as a time of hope and opportunity, providing a forum for teens, parents, and educators to soak in new information together.
