Please Note: While corona virus social distancing recommendations are in place, this class will be held online. Classes are free during this time. Please contact Jill at jill.penaloza2@ verizon.net and she ll email you an invite. This one-hour class will focus on non-MOVING MEDITATION. For MOVING MEDITATION CLASSES PLEASE SEE THE SHENG ZHEN CLASS OFFERED ON MONDAY EVENINGS.Sheng Zhen Meditation incorporates deep relaxation in movement and non-movement and has ties to the ancient practice of qigong, an internal healing art. While doing the practice we connect with the healing power of Unconditional Love. This practice is wonderful for healing the body, mind and spirit and for opening the heart. Everyone is welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. PLEASE NOTE: Classes are sometimes cancelled, to confirm the class please go to: http://www.gampopacenter.com/body-mind-spirit [http://www.gampopacenter.com/body-mind-spirit] and click on “Programs” then “Calendar”. Sheng Zhen classes are offered most Monday evenings from 6:45pm to 8pm and most Tuesday mornings from 8:30am to 9:45am. If a class is cancelled it will NOT BE LISTED on the calendar.
