RHYTHM & Wine FESTIVAL VENDOR SIGN UPABOUT THIS EVENT RHYTHM, Wine and Booze! _*THE BIGGEST RNB & REGGAE WINE FESTIVAL HAPPENING IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND.__ Get ready to experience a day filled with soulful sips, fantastic flavors, and nothing but good vibes. __BRING YOUR FRIENDS, UNCORK THE FUN, AND LET THE GOOD TIMES FLOW!_* With live music, delicious bites, and a variety of wines, this festival is your pass to a day of pure enjoyment. 21+ event only. Event is outdoors on grass. Event is Rain or Shine _*****PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS*****_* We expect a sold-out event. Vendor spaces are 10x10. Food vendor spaces are 10x15. Food trucks and trailers are welcomed. Wineries are welcomed. Vendors provide their own tables, tent, chair and cloth. Vendors will receive a vending information packet one week before the event. Which will include load in and out information. _*VENDORS WHO ARE NOT A WINERY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ANY BEVERAGES._* This is an outdoor event rain or shine. Vendor sign up is on a first come basis. Vendor spots are very limited. _*ALL STAFF MUST BE 21 OR OVER._* All tents must be weighted down to the ground using tent sandbags or weighted plates. (Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, or Amazon would be a good place to check first. Please DO NOT use anchored spikes! _*ALL VENDORS MUST FOLLOW:_* _*10 X 10 CANOPIES/TENTS MUST BE WEIGHTED WITH_* _*AT LEAST 24 POUNDS WEIGHT FOR EACH ANCHOR_* _*FOR WIND LOADS UP TO 15 MPH AND MUST BE TAKEN DOWN IF WIND SPEED EXCEEDS 15 MPH.
