Description Martial arts and Japanese yoga (Ki) training promotes dynamic movement with unified mind and body, as taught by Japan’s Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido Kai. The Ki part is low impact. The Aikido part involves practice with partners and rolling on mats. Effective self-defense techniques flow with and lead attackers’ movements. Develop the skills of keeping one point and extending Ki. Emphasize is on safety, knowledge and enjoyment.
