No Ticket Purchase Required! (Please see commonly asked questions
below) FAQs Q: Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
A: Please email: molly@loopevents.org or give us a call at the
office: 615-864-8138 Q: What is Boys & GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA? A:
Please take the time to check out Boys & GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA'S
MISSION AND MORE DETAILS AT THEIR WEBSITE: https://www.bgca.org
[https://www.bgca.org] Q: Will we get a free ticket into the
concert? A: No. Unfortunately, most of these shows are sold out and
do not have space/extra seats for VOLUNTEERS TO GO IN AND WATCH THE
SHOW. Unlike past Loop events, the venues have very strict security,
so there is a high possibility that VOLUNTEERS WILL BE UNABLE TO WATCH
THE SHOW. Your role for the evening will be as a volunteer with Boys
& GIRLS CLUB TO BRING AWARENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION TO ATTENDEES. When
you sign up you will not receive a ticket (seat) ino the concert. Of
course we want to do everything possible for you to see the show, if
the venue allows for standing in the back, you will be allowed to take
shifts to go watch, however, this is not a guarantee. You will gain
entrance into the main lobby where the non-profit tables will be
located. It is our best intention to let you see some of the show and
we will try our best to allow time to rotate in to watch, but some
things are out of our control. Please plan on working the beginning
and intermission of the concert Q: How important is it that I
arrive at training time? A: Very important! We will be checking in
VOLUNTEERS PROMPTLY AT 5:30PM for mandatory training. If you arrive
more than 30 minutes past your call time, we cannot
guarantee entrance into the event. Once the doors for VOLUNTEERS
CLOSE, there is a possibility that you will be asked to purchase a
ticket in order to enter the venue. Please allow time for traffic,
finding parking and getting to the entrance to avoid being turned
away. Q: How late will I need to stay? A: It's very important that
you stay up to 30 minutes after the concert is over. When the concert
finishes attendees tend to stop by the booth with questions or need
assistance giving to Boys & GIRLS CLUB. This may be as late
as 10:30PM, so be prepared to stay and help tear down if needed. Q:
Is there specific volunteer parking at each event? A: Unfortunately
no. We will try our best to get you as much information on the local
parking spots and cost (if any) so you have some direction. But please
keep in mind, parking (unless communicated otherwise via text or
email) will be on your own. Please leave ample time to find parking
and get to the volunteer entrance. Q: How will I know where to go
once I arrive? Or who is my contact? A: Once you sign up, we will be
sending you a couple confirmation emails and texts with all the
information you need. And if you ever have any questions you can
