Sound baths — or sound meditations — are a relaxing heart-opening
and mind-opening meditative experience that leaves you feeling
wonderful. Yoga and sound baths have changed the quality of Josh’s
life, and he loves to share this practice with everyone. Using breath
work (pranayama), gongs, chimes, singing bowls and other instruments,
Josh produces sounds to create a unique and fun way to relax. This
experience helps release the chatter in one’s mind. It can help
remove blockages and realign the energies in your body. It doesn’t
require any experience or special ability — anyone can enjoy it.
