This total body workout tones muscles, burn unwanted calories and
moves boombsey's. Kukuwa is not just a workout, it's an educational
journey experienced each and every time a Kukuwa class is given.
Participants will learn basic dance choreography derived from the
continent of Africa. This will strengthen mobility and enhance
physical activity. It will help reduce body fat by building or
preserving muscle mass and improving the body's ability to use
calories. When physical activity is combined with proper nutrition, it
will help control weight and prevent obesity, a major risk factor for
