"So worthwhile""An incredible opportunity""It made me a better
professional and a better boss."Circle practices bring people together
in a way that allows them to hear one another differently through the
act of storytelling. Since everyone is given the opportunity to speak
without interruption, it feels pretty powerful for both speaker and
listener. In a world that feels fractured and polarized, circle
groups are a unique opportunity to build community with one
another—and the feeling of unity and respect will no doubt resonate
to all the aspects of your life! In this series, we will sit in
community with one another to talk about important topics, from
cultivating community and creating new year resolutions, to
self-acceptance and the art of reframing. Join us for one, or stay
for the series!Receive a $45 discount by purchasing all six. ****
Jan 27th: Change Everything By Accepting Who You Are Now (Resolution
2020: Change Nothing) If I want to be less anxious, I must first
recognize I am an anxious person. If I am to unlock my pattern of
drinking, I have to stop trying not to be an alcoholic and succumb to
the idea that I am. What freedom! Join us as we explore this
concept and kick off our circle series together. Feb 24th: The
Intimacy of Self Love Intimacy = familiarity So how are intimacy and
self love intertwined? Join us as we explore! March 9th: March to the
Beat of Your Own Drum: The Boldness of Vulnerability I had a professor
who often said: “Be bold and mighty warriors will come to your
aid.” Are you living boldly? Are you choosing courage over comfort?
What warriors have appeared? When has their armour been deceiving?
Grab your drumsticks and meet us in circle. April 27th: Renewal and
Faith As we welcome spring’s gifts, let’s explore all we stand
to gain from new buds. In our April circle faith in all its forms will
be discussed so as not to neglect the fourth quadrant of self: the
spiritual. Come as you are to dig into renewal, faith and whatever
blossoms from the wisdom in the group. May 11th: May I, Must I, Can I,
Should I, Get to: The Art of Reframing and Choice Everything in
circle is an invitation. Does this translate to the way we live our
lives; anchored in freedom of choice? May’s time together will
examine how we reframe and when we don’t; when we get stuck and when
we liberate ourselves, as well as the patterns surrounding these
distinct choices. June 22nd: Cultivating Community: From I to We
What is community? How has this changed? In this time together we will
explore structures of belonging; the role of borderlands, as well as
that of wide open gates. Participants and group are invited- as
always- to uncover what community means to them and how they might
like to take this exploration forward as our time in this circle
series comes to a close.
