Get ready to break a sweat this summer with our FREE fitness series, brought to you by Frederick County Parks and Recreation!

Join us at Ballenger Creek Park for a season filled with fitness, fun, and community. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just beginning your wellness journey, our classes are designed to welcome all levels and interests.

Saturdays, June 21-August 9: 10:00–11:00 AM

Meets at grassy area next to the Community Building

In the event of questionable weather or unsafe conditions, please call our Program Status Line at 301-600-6291 (option 2) before heading out. Program decisions will be made no later than 1 hour prior to start time each day.

These classes are FREE to attend, but due to limited space, those who are interested in attending are asked to reserve their space here in advance.

June 21: Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Join this program to achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water.

Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience!
