This early morning class caters to individuals of all abilities and ages.
You will focus on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and increasing flexibility to create an overall healthy body.
Instructor Brendan Donnellan will use a mix of circuit machines, bodyweight exercises and cardio to provide you with a balanced workout, while teaching you proper form and movement patterns.
