Kukuwa®African Dances will help transform the body. The class is a blend of African music meshed with energetic vibes and body isolations. In this class participants learn how to move their Boombsey's, Core Abs, Arms, Legs and Hips in ways  they didn't know existed. This total body workout burns up to 1000 calories in 60-minutes. Take an educational journey to Africa with US. This dance workout will add flavor to your workout, nourish the mind, body, heart, spirit and soul. It's open to all FITNESS LEVELS AND IS FAMILY ORIENTED. KUKUWA® gives participants an activity of fun-filled movements to get energized and embrace the African culture.
