Meditation, massage, relaxation, and focused breathing for labor
and birth. Learn additional positions for greater ease during the last
weeks of pregnancy and during labor and birth. Bring 4 to 6 pillows,
yoga mat or beach towel and water to class. Birth partner is
encouraged to attend. Please wear workout clothes.
