Description
Celebrate 250 years of culinary history in this unique class that blends captivating storytelling, historic cookbooks, and delicious tastings. Explore how American cooking has evolved through live chef demonstrations, engaging discussion with a historical moderator, and samples inspired by recipes from centuries past—including an original cake tasting to start. Join us for a flavorful journey through time, where food brings history to life!
This class is a collaboration with Let's
and the Community Museum. A local historian will lead the discussion and chefs from Let's
will demonstrate traditional cooking techniques. Participants will sample tastings. This is not a hands-on cooking class.
