Description This recreational league teaches you the basics of swim
team drills, timing, legal stroke techniques, turns, diving starts.
Practices are one hour, twice a week on Saturday mornings and Monday
evenings. Prerequisites: Must be able to... Freestyle (rotary
breathing) and backstroke for 50 yards. Breaststroke for 25 yards.
Continuous combined swim ( free, back, breast) for 100 yards.
Practices are one hour twice a week. Parent/Guardian must accompany
and sign participant in for the scheduled classes every day. Please
note there will be class on 4/14/25 and 4/25/25, refunds are not given
