Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for
self-healing. Some people use breathwork as a tool to process
unresolved emotions. Others find it transformative and use it as a
bridge to connect with spirit, ancestors, or angels. Others come just
because it helps them feel better all week long. Almost everyone who
takes a class reports feeling lighter, clearer about decisions, and
more connected to their heart and soul. Sound healing instruments add
to the experience.
During the sound healing I use crystal sound bowls, a gong from Italy,
and sometimes chimes. The vibrational energy is very powerful and
clearing. There is a period of rest after the sound bath.
My intention is that you leave the session lighter and empowered.

Breathwork is an active breathing technique — which leads clients to
feel mentally, physically and emotionally balanced. Breathwork is also
an art — the art of letting go of everything that no longer serves
you and bringing in anything that will bring you more joy. When breath
& sound are paired together it can provide an intense healing
experience. Please wear clothes that are comfortable for you to lie
down in.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Your chance to make permanent changes in your life.
But honestly, Breathwork is beyond what, when, where and why. It’s
just “wow.” You truly have to experience it to believe it.
Simply put, Breathwork saves lives. I once was suffering so much that
I sought out any and every form of therapy until just one Breathwork
session positively impacted my life. And it can improve your life,
too. All you have to do is show up and do the work — the Breathwork.
Breathwork is indescribable because you will never have the same
session twice. It is unique because you are unique. But you may
experience:
* Healing of deep-seeded “wounds” or psychological trauma
* Lower stress and anxiety levels
* Lifting of depression
* Support ending addiction
* Letting go of grief and shame
* Break though mental blocks for newfound clarity!
* A cathartic emotional release
* Relief from physical pains
* Release of body toxins
* Improves Heart Rate Variability (HRV) for a healthier heart
* Stimulates the Vagus Nerve for deep relaxation
* Altered, non-ordinary or higher states of consciousness
* Flow-states, perfect for high-performance athletes and visionary
professionals
* Enhanced Memory Recall — holographic reenactments in the mind!
* Increased creativity, epic epiphanies and mystical revelations
* An attitude of limitless abundance
* Feelings of true peace and gratitude, at last!
* Cultivation of self-love and love for others
* A sense of Oneness with Source consciousness
* Major awakenings, shifts and personal growth
* And Enlightenment itself…
It’s like a lifetime of soul-searching in only one hour! Great for
couples, a group of friends or just solo.

recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe seizure disorders or

ABOUT LIZ: A warm heart, clear mind and wise soul, Liz will guide you
to let go of all your fear and suffering. With his compassion as your
compass, you will be lead to fall in love with yourself and your life
all over again. After a career as a teacher, Liz went on to get
certified in Breathwork with David Elliott, the well known breathwork
teacher. She also traveled to complete many breathwork , meditation,
and sound healing workshops and trainings because she was fascinated
with her own personal results and having these incredible experiences
that were completely transforming her from the inside out.
She believes that Breathwork is the fastest way to access your own
healing: I always tell people in my classes what would you do with
your life if you had no critic in your head telling you couldn’t do
something or become something. We all suffer from “I’m not
enough.” In some way or some area we all feel inadequate. I’ve
been fortunate enough to work with some of the wealthy and successful
people on this planet and they suffer from this more than you can
believe. That’s often why most of them are so driven to be
successful.
The Breathwork I teach clears out this lie that we are not enough.
Then you can get to work on what it is you want to accomplish or just
go about your day feeling good about yourself and your life. Walking
around not having anxiety, depression, anger, low-self-esteem and a
million other shitty unwanted feeling will undoubtedly change you and
your life
My life’s purpose is to share the powerful life changing results
that Breathwork brings to as many people as humanly possible. Why?
Because it has done so much for me personally and at the end of my
life I will have no doubt that my time on this planet has had meaning
and purpose by helping other people heal from of all of their stuff
