Date Wednesday, April 9, 2025 @ 7:00 PM local time Address for packet pick-up and post-race: Westminster Family Center at 11 Longwell Avenue in Westminster Maryland (21157) Heat 1 This heat is officially timed & scored. We will be using timing chips within the race bib for this heat. All participants are recommended to be age 11 & over AND run 10-minute mile or faster. If you do not meet these criteria, please register for Heat 2. Heat 2/Connor Smith Memorial Fun Run This heat is for ALL participants ages 10 & under AND those running slower than a 10-minute mile. This race is neither officially timed nor scored. This heat is run in memory of Connor B. Smith. Heat 1 (officially timed/scored) - $10 no shirt ; $15 with shirt Heat 2 (Fun Run) - $10 no shirt; $15 with shirt Race Day Registration will be available (a limited amount of shirts may be available on first come/first serve basis for $10). You can register online until 4 PM or in person until 6 PM. Packet pick-up Monday, April 7th from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (please do not arrive before 3 PM) Tuesday, April 8th from 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 9th from 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM Westminster Family Center - 11 Longwell Avenue. Packet pick-up is closer to the FINISH line, NOT the start line which is 1 mile east on Main Street. Plan ahead Please allow enough time for travel, parking, packet pick-up, and transporting yourself to the start line (1 mile away from packet pick-up). Start 7:00 PM SHARP at 410 East Main Street (** the start line is 1 mile east of packet pick-up; please give yourself enough time to transport yourself from packet-pickup to the start line). Finish Near the Carroll County Public Library, Westminster Branch, at the intersection of Main Street and Route 27. Rewards for all: *Finish Medals provided to each race finisher in both heats *Ice-cream sandwiches provided for all race finishers back at the Westminster Family Center 11 Longwell Avenue (where packet pick-up is). Awards (Heat 1) Cash awards and place medals given to top 3 finishers (male & female), top masters (male & female), and place medals to top 3 age-group finishers Awards (Heat 2/Fun Run) Top male (10 & under) and top female (10 & under) will receive the Connor Smith Memorial Award.
