The WESTMINSTER FLOWER AND JAZZ FESTIVAL IS AN ANNUAL EVENT HELD IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN WESTMINSTER THE SATURDAY BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY. This street fair features local nurseries offering a variety of plants, FLOWERS AND SHRUBS FOR PURCHASE; food vendors serving a multitude of tasty treats; live entertainment across multiple stages, and over 200 craft and retail vendors showcasing a variety of unique items. This is a great event for the whole family with special appeal to mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and daughters.Don't forget to have mom stop by the City of Westminster's tent for a free flower during the event!
