ABOUT LIOR LEV SERCARZ
LIOR LEV SERCARZ is the chef and owner of La Boîte, a spice shop in
New York City. He attended the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France,
and trained with Chef Olivier Roellinger in Cancale, France, before
working as a sous chef at Daniel. His spices are sold online and in
the following boutiques: Sofra Bakery and Cafe, Dickson’s Farmstand
Meats, ABC Carpet & Home, and Eataly NYC. He lives in New York City
with his wife and their children.
